1. My friend Shirley... I'm so lucky to have been introduced to her a few years ago. Friends like this are rare, but extremely awesome!

2. FINALLY got to see The Hunger Games! It was good! Course, the book was better, but what can ya do - it couldn't be another Titanic length movie to fit in all the details.

3. Ulta Loot! First time going there was part of Sunday Funday last week. Dawn, Shirley, and I went to see Mirror Mirror (good movie too!), then lunch at Bennigans (mmmm Turkey O'Toole!), then a stop at Ulta. Like Shirley said, "That store is dangerous!" LOL Next time, we'll be armed with more cash! And yes, that's Essie's Chinchilly nail polish, bought after watching Kate @ http://www.thesmallthingsblog.com/ use it!

4. A friend turned 30 yesterday. Got the idea from Pinterest. Thought it was cute!

5. 5 more working days, 6.5 actual days before my vacation!!!!! Don't really have anything nailed down yet, other than I'm not working for 2 glorious weeks!

Here we are again!

1. Easter at Gramma's........ that's the view from her deck. It was beautiful out. And we had dinner with Gramma, Aunt Kathy, Dan, some of Dan's family, my parents, my bro & sister in law and my brother. It was a great day. And the Tigers won!

2. Another yummy dinner I made. Turkey Enchilada Skillet and SkinnyGirl sour cream. No, I didn't make the refried beans. I substituted turkey for beef. Yummy!

3. So Easter night, I was leaving my parents the moon was pink! I only saw it pink for like 5 minutes... it was so pretty - this crappy picture does not do it justice, but hey work with what ya got, right?! lol

4. My love for nail polish is getting out of control..... but whatever. You can never have too many colors and they take up less room than shoes!

5. Last but not least...... The Randarita. So YUMMY! I got it from Miranda Lambert's twitter. It's so yummy. I can't wait to try it with different flavors of Crystal Lite.

Friday!!!!!!!!!!

Totally slacked last week... oops! So it's a bit of a combo....



1) Had to take Piggy (Pigwidgeon)to the Animal ER... he was having urinary issues. Poor Pigman. Freaked me out when I picked him up and he was drugged, I thought he was almost dead! He's back to his normal self now! Yay! So thankful!!! (This pic is him drugged after I picked him up... the vet said she gave him a little something to relax... more like A LOT of something!)

2) HILARIOUS! Go see it!

3) Love this show! Saw a preview for the new season, got caught up on the first season on Netflix. SO GOOD!!

4) It's baseball season!!!!!!! GO TIGERS!!!!!!!!!! In honor of Opening Day, there was a Justin Verlander paper doll in the newspaper.... yes, I was totally a 5 year old for a few minutes while making it. LOL It now resides on my brother's tv stand next to his bobble heads. LOL

5) Last, but certainly not least........ I am so thankful that my dad finally went to see an ortho Dr. about his hip. He needs to have a replacement. He's hobbling around like an 80 yr old man and he's not even 60! Now, to get him not to procrastinate on having the surgery!

Yay! Friday!

1. MIRANDA LAMBERT!!!!!!!!!!! Just got back from seeing her live... it was FANTASTIC!

4. Draw Something.... yes, still OBSESSED! My latest masterpiece.... well one of the latest. LOL

5. White Chocolate M&M's...... I've never seen them before, but I LOVE LOVE LOVE them!!! The only place I've found them is Target... so I think it's a ploy because you can't just go to Target for M&M's....

I can't believe it's March 21.......

And it's 86 degrees! Not a cloud in the sky, as I enjoy a book and some tea on my deck!

High Five for Friday

1. This weather has been AMAZING! Despite some hail yesterday (and a tornado - not here though, thankfully), it's hard to believe it's March!

2. My first attempt at homemade cheeseburger pizza, inspired by my last trip to UNO's. It was just as good (though UNO's wins for being deep dish).

3. Anybody who knows me, gets why I LOVE this. It's totally me... the angry eyes. I have a habit of using them.... which kinda makes me laugh, because most of the time I don't mean to. Then again, there are sometimes..... lol

4. 3-12-12 was my parents 35th Anniversary! I am so blessed to be their daughter!

5. Yes, that's Madonna. Yes, I drew that... like a 5 yr old. But hey, I'm totally addicted to this game - Draw Something. Go ahead, think you can do better, try it! (And yes, the girl who I was playing against, go it right!).
